Cases should be structured as follows:
Maximum 6 Powerpoint slides
1st slide:Title, presenter, authors, affiliation
2nd -5th slides: patient characteristics and case presentation
6th slide: conclusion and take home message
Time for presentation 5 minutes and time for discussion 5 minutes

Save presentation as PDF file and send it to Organizing Secretariat:

via postal service
send files saved in powerpoint on a CD to:

Best cases will be selected, presented by the authors at EVACS 2012, and discussed with a selected international faculty.
The cases not selected will be presented as powerpoint presentation on a monitor in the exibition area.
Authors of selected cases will have free registration for EVACS 2012 and receive a certificate as case presenter.

Deadline submission: January 31st, 2012
Communication on acceptance: February 24th, 2012
The best case will receive a prize.
